SRU Sonographer & Advanced Practice Sonographer Group
The SRU Sonographer and Advanced Practice Sonographer Group serves as a collaborative forum for sonographers to connect, share expertise, and advance their professional practice.
Membership is open to all SRU members who are sonographers or advocates for the sonography
profession.
This group fosters a strong network that supports collaboration, professional growth, and the
exchange of innovative ideas. Members work together to address challenges in clinical practice,
support one another in new initiatives, and promote the interests of both sonographers and
advanced practice sonographers.
The group meets several times throughout the year to discuss experiences, brainstorm solutions,
and offer guidance to peers. In addition to these meetings, members engage through an active
social media presence, opportunities to participate in the SRU annual meeting, and a dedicated in-
person gathering at the annual SRU conference.
This is a dynamic, rapidly growing community committed to supporting its members and expanding
